Welcome to Mallik Photography. These Terms & Conditions govern all photography and videography services provided by us. By booking our services, accessing our website, or engaging with our team, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
These terms are designed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and a smooth working relationship between Mallik Photography and our clients.
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
A signed agreement or written confirmation via email/WhatsApp
Payment of the required booking fee or deposit
The booking fee secures the date and is non-refundable, as we reserve our time and decline other work once your date is confirmed.
All bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or invoice.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the shoot/event unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may delay delivery of final photos or videos
Mallik Photography reserves the right to cancel or withhold services if payments are not made as agreed.
If you cancel:
The booking fee is non-refundable
If cancellation occurs close to the event date, additional charges may apply to cover preparation and lost bookings
We will do our best to accommodate new dates, but this is subject to availability. If we are unavailable on the new date, it will be treated as a cancellation.
By hiring Mallik Photography, you acknowledge that:
You have reviewed our portfolio and accept our creative style, editing approach, and artistic judgment
Specific poses, shots, or moments cannot be guaranteed, especially during live events
Lighting, venue rules, weather, and time limitations may affect results
We always strive to capture the best possible images, but photography and videography are influenced by real-time conditions beyond our control.
Delivery timelines will be shared at the time of booking
Final edited photos and videos are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed
RAW or unedited files are not included and will not be provided
Minor editing revisions may be accepted within a reasonable timeframe, but major re-editing outside our style may incur additional charges.
Mallik Photography retains the copyright ownership of all images and videos created.
Clients receive a license to:
Use images and videos for personal use
Share on social media
Use for marketing (for commercial clients)
Clients may not:
Sell the images to third parties
Apply heavy filters or edits that misrepresent our work
Claim the work as their own
Mallik Photography reserves the right to use photos and videos for:
Portfolio display
Website and social media
Marketing and promotional materials
If you prefer your images to remain private, you must inform us in writing before the shoot.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate event details, schedules, and locations
Obtain necessary permissions for photography at venues
Ensure cooperation of participants during the shoot
Mallik Photography is not responsible for missed shots due to late arrivals, schedule changes, or restricted access.
In the rare event of equipment failure, injury, or unforeseen circumstances:
We will make every effort to provide a replacement photographer/videographer
If coverage cannot be fulfilled, liability is limited to a refund of payments received
We are not liable for loss caused by factors beyond our control, including venue restrictions or force majeure events.
While we take the utmost care in capturing and storing your images, Mallik Photography is not liable for:
Loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our control
Indirect or consequential losses
Delays caused by external factors
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.
We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents, illness, or emergencies.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Mallik Photography and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
By booking our services or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
