Planning a reliable livestream in Dubai
A professional livestream gives people who cannot attend in person a clear way to follow the event, while also creating a recording that can support internal communication, marketing and future promotion. The right setup depends on the venue, programme, audience, platform and level of interaction required. Mallik Photography plans the production around those factors so the stream is stable, visually clear and appropriate for the importance of the event.
The Single-camera package is suitable for a focused presentation, panel, interview or compact event where one well-positioned camera can cover the essential action. Multi-camera Standard adds a second angle and switching, which is useful when the audience needs to see the speaker, presentation screen and room reaction without abrupt movement. Multi-camera Premium is intended for larger or more produced events that need several camera positions, graphics and a more flexible director-led workflow. Hybrid Event production adds remote participation and interaction to the in-room programme.
What happens before the stream
Pre-production is where most livestream reliability is won. We review the agenda, venue layout, stage position, speaker order, presentation content, branding, expected online audience and platform requirements. The production team checks where cameras can be placed without blocking guests, where power and network access are available, and how audio can be taken from the venue system. A technical rehearsal confirms framing, sound, slides, graphics, remote guests and the stream destination before the event opens.
Every venue has different conditions. Hotels and conference centres may have controlled internet, multiple rooms, difficult cable routes, bright LED walls or strict access rules. Sharing the venue contact and event schedule early allows the crew to plan a practical setup, identify backup options and coordinate with the venue’s AV provider. If the stream is part of a product launch, annual meeting, awards ceremony or executive announcement, we also identify the moments that need especially careful monitoring.

Audio, cameras and audience experience
Viewers will forgive a simple background more readily than unclear speech. For that reason, audio receives careful attention. Where possible, the stream uses a clean feed from the venue mixer while also keeping a practical backup recording. Microphone choices, speaker changes, audience questions and remote contributors are checked during the rehearsal. Monitoring continues during the programme so the team can respond quickly if a source changes or a room becomes unexpectedly noisy.
Camera coverage is selected to make the event easy to understand. A wide camera establishes the room and stage, while closer views show speakers, demonstrations and audience reactions. For a panel, the director can move between the moderator and guests without losing context. For a launch, the programme can combine stage coverage, product detail and planned demonstrations. Graphics may include names, titles, logos, presentation slides or a simple holding screen, subject to approved brand assets.
Platforms and delivery options
The service can be configured for YouTube Live, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Vimeo, a custom RTMP destination or a private CDN. The best choice depends on whether the event is public, invitation-only, internal or part of a wider registration workflow. The client remains responsible for the account, permissions and platform access; our team can coordinate the technical destination and test the connection as part of preparation.
Backup recording is included in the listed packages so the event is not lost if the public stream experiences an interruption. The package guide also includes seven days of replay hosting and an optional same-day highlight reel. A full multi-camera edit can be delivered within the stated seven-day window, subject to the agreed review process. Exact timings are confirmed in the proposal because programme length, edit complexity and approval rounds vary.
Request a livestream quotation
Send the event date, venue, agenda, estimated audience, expected attendance, platform, number of rooms, speaker format, remote participation needs and delivery deadline. Tell us whether you need only a live broadcast or also a recording, highlight reel, speaker edit, sponsor version or social cut-downs. We will recommend the appropriate package, camera plan, audio approach and crew, then confirm the scope, access requirements and technical responsibilities in writing.
