Corporate Photography Pricing in Dubai – What Should You Expect?
A corporate photography quotation is useful when it names the work, crew and final files you are buying. This guide explains the scope decisions that affect cost and gives you a checklist for comparing proposals. Mallik Photography quotations are prepared from the brief; no fixed public rate is stated here.
Start with the type of assignment
| Assignment | Information needed for a quotation |
|---|---|
| Executive and team headshots | Number of people, location, backdrop style, lighting space, timetable and retouched-image requirements. |
| Office and branding photography | Rooms, working areas, people, activity setups, styling requirements and planned uses. |
| Conference or event coverage | Running order, coverage hours, rooms, simultaneous sessions, essential moments and delivery deadlines. |
A headshot session and a conference are different production tasks. Compare quotations for the same brief rather than choosing a headline package that omits a required part of the work.
What changes the production scope?
- Coverage time: distinguish arrival, setup, active coverage and any scheduled breaks. Specify when the crew may leave.
- Overlapping activities: simultaneous rooms or stage and arrival coverage may require separate photographers.
- Lighting and space: headshots and group portraits may need a controlled setup; an occupied office can restrict available positions and working time.
- Edited-image scope: agree the expected selection, file types, crop variants and retouching level. Basic colour correction and detailed portrait retouching are different tasks.
- Urgent delivery: images needed during an event require a media handoff, editing time and an approval contact. An on-site editor may be a separate role.
- Access and travel: identify venue accreditation, loading restrictions, multiple locations and any accommodation or transport requirements.
- Usage: state whether files are for internal communications, public marketing, paid advertising or another use, and confirm the included permissions.
Ask for an itemised proposal
The proposal should identify capture roles, coverage dates and hours, deliverables, editing scope, delivery method and deadlines. Ask which expenses are included and which need separate agreement. Overtime, additional crew, extra locations and work requested after the shoot should have written terms before booking.
For a mixed photography and video brief, request the roles separately. A photographer covering the stage cannot simultaneously provide uninterrupted video capture from another position. If live social content is required, clarify who captures, edits, approves and posts it.
Compare like-for-like deliverables
- Give suppliers the same running order and essential shot list.
- Check that each quotation covers the same hours, locations and team responsibilities.
- Compare edited-image scope, portrait retouching, crop variants and final file specifications.
- Check the delivery timetable, revision process and usage permissions.
- Review a relevant complete gallery and ask about backup equipment and file handling.
A lower total may reflect a smaller scope; a higher total does not by itself prove better coverage. Resolve missing items before deciding. Avoid treating a promised image count as a guarantee that every important moment will be photographed.

Frequently asked questions
A quotation is prepared from the assignment brief. Confirm the capture, editing, delivery and usage scope before comparing totals.
Yes. Specify the exact deadline and approval process. Live selections may need an on-site editor and scheduled media handoffs.
Send the date, venue, coverage hours, assignment type, people or running order, intended uses, edited-image requirements and deadlines.
State the arrival and setup time, active coverage period, scheduled breaks and planned finish. This gives each supplier the same working window and makes overtime or changes easier to identify.
It can. If stage coverage, arrivals or separate rooms happen at the same time, the brief may require separate photographers. List the simultaneous activities so the proposed crew can be evaluated against the running order.
It should identify the capture roles, coverage dates and hours, locations, deliverables, editing and retouching scope, delivery method and deadlines. It should also state expenses, extra crew, additional locations, overtime and usage terms where they apply.
